What can I expect from the event?
Genesis is an immersive light show in a beautiful church. The 30-minute show captivates the visitor from the very first seconds with soothing music and enchanting animations. Throughout the show, the audience is taken on a musical and visual journey in seven parts – light, water and air, land and flora, celestial bodies, animals of water and air, land animals and humans, day of rest – that represent the days of the story of creation: ‘Genesis’.
Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at the ‘Oosterkerk’ - Kleine Wittenburgerstraat 1, 1018 LS Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in a venue without air conditioning.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 30 min at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverage for purchase at this event.
Is there parking available?
Unfortunately, there won't be parking at this venue, so we recommend you don't arrive by car.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
About Tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking 'Transfer Tickets' on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
About Access to the Event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 5 minutes. Should you arrive late and there’s enough capacity in the next session, you can also attend this one.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue. You can also bring a carer by showing documentation at the event.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Carers can attend the event for free by showing appropriate documentation at the entrance.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Flash photography, alcohol, and anything which may disturb the other patrons.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
The hearing impaired will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights?
There will not be strobe lights. The show contains bright, flashing lights that may cause discomfort and/or seizures for those with photosensitive epilepsy.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a seated experience, so seating will be available for every guest.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
