What can I expect from EONARIUM presents: Genesis?
EONARIUM presents: Genesis is an immersive light show held in the beautiful Heiliggeistkirche in Bern. This 30-minute experience envelops visitors from the very first moment with enchanting music and magical animations projected on all the walls and ceiling. The audience is taken on a stunning musical and visual journey through the creation of the sun, moon, stars, animals, and humanity, focusing on Days 4 to 7 of "Genesis." Even if you haven’t seen Part I, this experience is breathtaking on its own.
Where does the show take place?
It is hosted in the Heiliggeistkirche at Spitalgasse 44, 3011 Bern, Switzerland.
Is the show indoors or outdoors?
The show takes place indoors, in the church.
How long does the show last?
The show is 30 minutes long.
Is the show accessible for people with hearing impairments?
Yes, the show is designed to be visual, so it can be enjoyed by people with hearing impairments.
Is the show suitable for people sensitive to light?
Unfortunately, the show is not suitable for individuals with photosensitivity.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Yes, you can take photos and videos and share them on social media. Feel free to tag the artist collective's profile: @projektilart. However, please disable your flash to avoid disturbing other visitors. Professional cameras or tripods are not permitted.
Are there seats available? Can I sit during the show?
Yes, there are plenty of seating options, including church pews and cushions. Seating is unassigned, so you can choose your favourite spot upon arrival.
Are restrooms available at the venue?
Yes, restrooms are available on-site.
ACCESS TO THE EVENT
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket. As there is usually another show before yours, early access to the venue is not possible.
What happens if I’m late?
If you arrive late, you may miss a few minutes of the show, but you are still welcome to enter and enjoy the remaining time.
Can I bring pets?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in the venue.
Is there a minimum age for attending?
No, the event is suitable for all ages. The first two slots of the day are specially designated as family-friendly.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible, but unfortunately, there are no wheelchair-accessible restrooms on-site.
Do people with disabilities who need a companion receive a discount for the companion?
Yes, visitors with a "Schwerbehindertenausweis B" (disability ID with a B designation) can get a free ticket for a companion at the on-site box office. For larger groups, please contact the organizer in advance.
Are parking spaces available?
No, there is no parking at the venue. We strongly recommend using public transportation.
Does the event happen in bad weather?
Yes, since the event is indoors and the venue is fully covered, it takes place regardless of the weather.
What items are prohibited at the event?
Flash cameras, alcohol, open drinks, and any items that could disturb or distract other visitors from enjoying the show are not allowed.

Can I buy tickets at the door?
You can purchase tickets at the door during the event’s opening hours, but only for the next available show if it isn’t sold out.
Where can I buy tickets?
Are tickets refundable? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances. However, you may request changes to the date or time up to 48 hours before the show starts, subject to availability. Contact the organizers with your ticket ID for assistance. For further details, see the Terms and Conditions.
Can I reschedule my tickets?
Yes, it may be possible to reschedule your tickets to a different date, time, or ticket category if availability permits. Please contact the organizers with your order number for help.
Where can I get official tickets for the event?
Official tickets for EONARIUM presents: Genesis II are exclusively available on Fever. Tickets are not sold on any other websites or platforms.
I can’t find my ticket. What should I do?
Your ticket, including its QR code, can be found in the Fever app under the "Tickets" section. If you haven’t installed the app yet, download it from the
Apple Store or
Google Play and log in with the same account used to purchase the tickets. If you still can’t locate your ticket, please contact Fever for
