What can I expect from Genesis?
Genesis is an immersive light show in a beautiful synagogue. The 30-minute show captivates the visitor from the very first seconds with soothing music and enchanting animations. State-of-the-art technology and creative animations merge to create a unique experience that gives us a glimpse of what the first days that founded our existence must have looked like.
Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at Temple Ohabei Shalom, 1187 Beacon St, Brookline, MA 02446
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in a venue without air conditioning. Please note you may be asked to queue to get into the venue so should factor in protection against adverse weather.
How long does the experience last?
The show will run for around 30 minutes.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
The experience is a visual experience that allows deaf people to enjoy the experience as well.
What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?
We, unfortunately, do not have accessibility options for visually impaired visitors.
Will there be strobe lights?
There will not be strobe lights. The show contains bright, flashing lights that may cause discomfort and/or seizures for those with photosensitive epilepsy.
Will food and beverage be available on-site for purchase?
No food and/or beverages are allowed on-site.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers - No flash is allowed. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?
The experience is a primarily seated experience and we will have chairs and bean bags available. You can choose where you’d like to sit on a first come, first serve basis.
Will restrooms be available on site?
There will be restrooms available on-site, as well as an accessible restroom/baby changing room.
ACCESS
When do I need to arrive?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the beginning of your booked time slot.
What happens if I arrive late?
You will not be able to view the show at your booked time slot to not disturb other visitors. We will do our best to move you to the next available time slot on the same day if there is one and the show schedule and venue capacity allow it.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Are children allowed in the experience?
Yes, this experience is to be enjoyed by people of all ages, however, we ask that you please be mindful of noise and be respectful of other people's enjoyment of the experience. Our staff will be on-site and ready to help in case you or anyone in your party needs to leave the room for a few minutes. Additionally, strollers are not allowed inside.
Is there parking available?
Parking is extremely limited around the venue. We encourage those who wish to attend to utilize public transportation or rideshare.
To access the venue via public transportation, please arrive via Kent St. Station using the Green Line.
Limited parking is available on Beacon street, with additional street and lot parking available within a 5 minute walk at Coolidge Corner.
What if the weather is bad?
Given this is an indoor event, the weather will not have any impact on the show running.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Flash photography, alcohol, and anything which may disturb the other patrons. We reserve the right to refuse visitors entry to the venue if we deem them to be in possession of a prohibited item.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker at the entrance of the venue.

Is there a coat check?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
TICKETS
Can I purchase a ticket at the venue?
You cannot purchase a ticket at the venue; however, our staff can assist in purchasing tickets through the Fever app or website.
Where can I get tickets?
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please
contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our
T&Cs.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please
contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for
Genesis can only be
purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Can I make a Group Booking?
If you would like to book for a large group, please reach groups@feverup.com with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the
Apple Store or
Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.
