Have you ever dreamt with your eyes wide open? Today, it's possible thanks to Enlightenment. After a resounding success across Europe, the immersive experience of the year is finally arriving in Brisbane, within the heart of an exceptional historical monument: St Stephen’s Cathedral.

Explore the four seasons through a breathtaking visual and auditory experience, immerse yourself in a unique perspective of spring, summer, autumn, and winter. During this 30-minute spectacle, let yourself be enchanted by the iconic melodies of Vivaldi's "Four Seasons" accompanied by spectacular visuals.

ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from Enlightenment? The ENLIGHTENMENT light show transports you into the fascinating world of the four seasons. This homage to the cycle of life is accompanied by iconic pieces by Vivaldi, specially adapted for the occasion. ENLIGHTENMENT concludes with a spectacular light tableau. Please note that Enlightenment is a sensory experience and may not be suitable for everyone.
Where will the experience take place? The event will take place at Saint Stephen’s Cathedral, 249 Elizabeth St, Brisbane City QLD 4000
Is the experience held indoors or outdoors? This experience takes place indoors.
How long does the experience last? The experience will last about 30 minutes. Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the start time.
Are food and drinks available for purchase on-site? No food and/or drinks will be allowed on-site.
Is there parking on-site? There is no parking provided on-site. Please refer to public car parks and on-street parking where available, charges apply.
Are there public transport options to get to the venue? Yes, the venue is very well connected. It is located just outside the Elizabeth Street Stop 87 near Edward St for several bus connections or alternatively, for train connections, Central station is a 6 minute walk (400m) away.
Will there be virtual reality experience at the event? There is no virtual reality at this event.
Is there a dress code? There is no dress code for this event. Casual attire is fine.
Will merchandise be available for sale? No, unfortunately, there will be no merchandise for sale.

TICKETS

Where can I buy tickets? On the Fever app, available on Google Play and Apple Store, or on the Fever website.
Can I buy tickets on-site? Tickets will be sold on-site for same day entry - subject to availability.
What are the payment methods for on-site purchases? For any on-site purchases, we will be accepting card payments only. There will be no cash sales available on site.
Who are the official sellers for this experience? Official tickets for this exhibition can only be purchased through the Fever App or website. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform and we will not be able to offer any assistance if they have been purchased anywhere else.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Just click 'Transfer Tickets' on the ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us for any doubts or questions. Make sure to mention your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? Printing the ticket is not necessary; it will be validated via the Fever app upon your arrival at the location.
I can’t find my ticket. What can I do? You can find your ticket in the Fever app, under the 'Tickets' section. If you haven't installed the app, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account you used to book your ticket. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
What is your refund/exchange policy?? Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. Can I make a group booking? If you wish to book for a large group, contact groups@feverup.com with your preferred date of attendance and the size of your group.
Do you offer press passes? If you wish to request a press pass, email press@feverup.com.
Can I host a private event? If you would like to book for a large group or private event, please reach out to groups@feverup.com with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group. Please also specify the event: Eonarium Enlightenment - Brisbane.

EVENT ACCESS

What time do I need to arrive at the venue? Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the start time on your ticket.
What happens if I arrive late? We reserve the right to deny entry to latecomers, as arriving after the show begins may disrupt other guests' experience.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this event; however, service dogs are permitted if accompanied by the required documentation.
Is the event wheelchair accessible? The venue is wheelchair accessible, please arrive at the venue 30min before start time to ensure we have sufficient time to arrange entrance accordingly. If you require assistance or have specific accessibility needs, please inform a member of our team upon arrival, or contact us in advance so that we can make suitable arrangements. We are here to help and will do our best to ensure that all guests have an enjoyable and inclusive experience.
Are wheelchairs available to rent? Unfortunately, we do not have any available for rental.
Are companion cards accepted? Yes, we accept one companion or carer card per paying ticket. Carers need to show their companion card + the ticket of the person they are accompanying and they will be let in by the on-site staff. Please contact us for any additional questions.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/blind individuals? Unfortunately, this experience is not recommended for deaf and blind individuals. We are doing our best to make all our experiences more inclusive; we recommend checking out other experiences in your city.
What items are not allowed at the event? Is smoking and/or vaping allowed? Photography with flash, alcohol, food, and drinks, and anything that may disturb other guests. We reserve the right to refuse entry to visitors if we believe they have a prohibited item with them. Smoking or vaping is not allowed.
Will there be strobe lights? No, this event does not use strobe light effects. However, there will be music and light projections. As this is a sensory experience, please consider if the event is suitable for all audiences.
Will there be chairs? Can I sit during the event? There will be chairs and bean bags available for each guest. Bean bags will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Will there be toilets available on-site? Yes, there are toilets on-site located in the basement; you can ask our on-site staff for directions. Ground level, wheelchair accessible toilets can be accessed with support from staff.
Is there air conditioning / heating? No, the site is not temperature-controlled - please plan to dress according to the current weather conditions.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them; just make sure not to disturb other guests by keeping your flash off. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Is there a lost and found area at the event? There is a lost and found box at the venue. Items will be stored for 3 months (maximum until the end of the event run) - thereafter, if suitable, they will be given to a charitable organization or disposed of.
Is there a cloakroom at the event? There is no cloakroom. Belongings to be taken to the chosen seating.
Is there an age requirement?

There are no age requirements; everyone is welcome! Strollers are allowed. Children under 5 years old will be admitted for free, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that there will be an exclusive seating place for them, so they will need to sit with their respective parents. 

Please ensure that noise is kept to a minimum so other guests are not disturbed.

Are audio guides available? Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
Is there space for pushchairs and strollers? There is limited space for pushchairs and strollers in the experience and this is operated on a first come first serve basis so guests are discouraged from bringing a pushchair / stroller.
