It’s recommended to arrive 10–15 minutes before the showtime indicated on your ticket. Access to the venue is not possible earlier, as another show may still be running.

If you’re late, you may miss part of the show but will still be allowed to enter and enjoy the remaining time.
Can I bring pets?
No, pets are not allowed in the venue.

No, the event is open to all ages. The first two time slots of the day are specifically family-friendly for visitors with young children.
