The Enlightenment light show transports you into the enchanting world of the four seasons. This homage to the cycle of life is accompanied by iconic pieces by Vivaldi, specially adapted for the occasion. Enlightenment concludes with a spectacular luminous tableau.

This experience takes place indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
The experience will last about 30 minutes.
Are food and drinks available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, no food or drinks will be available.
Is there on-site parking?
Unfortunately, on-site parking will not be available. We suggest choosing public transportation or sustainable alternatives for this experience.
Will there be additional sessions available?

Will there be virtual reality?
This experience does not include virtual reality.
Is there a dress code?

ABOUT THE TICKETS
Where can I purchase tickets?
Can I purchase a ticket on-site on the day of the event?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased on the Fever app (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store) or through the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Just click 'Transfer Tickets' on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions. Be sure to mention your ticket order number.
Is it necessary to print the ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App or via the barcode in your purchase confirmation email upon arrival at the venue.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your ticket in the Fever app, within the 'Tickets' section. If you do not have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account you used when you booked your ticket. If you cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Changes to other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of the event you originally purchased and are based on availability at the time of the change. If you need assistance with this, please contact us and include your ticket order number. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. Please see the T&Cs for more information.
Can I make a group reservation?
If you wish to make a reservation for a large group, please fill out the form with your preferred date of participation and the size of your group on this page.

ABOUT ACCESSIBILITY
Should I arrive at the beginning of the session?
Please arrive at the time indicated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted under any circumstances.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this event; assistance dogs are allowed.
Is the event accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the event is held in an accessible venue.
What items are not allowed during the event? Is smoking or vaping allowed?
Flash photography, alcohol, and anything that might disturb other guests. We reserve the right to refuse entry to visitors if we believe they are in possession of a prohibited item. Smoking and vaping are not allowed.
Are there companion/caregiver tickets?
Companions can access the experience free of charge. For this event, simply show a document certifying the need for an attendant upon arrival at the venue and your attendant will gain free access to the event. Please note that the guest requesting assistance must have a valid ticket.
Is the experience accessible for people who are deaf/visually impaired?
Unfortunately, this experience is not recommended for deaf and visually impaired people. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences more inclusive; we encourage you to check out other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, this event does not use strobe lighting effects.
Will toilet facilities be available on site?
Yes, the venue has restrooms; you can ask our on-site staff for directions.
Can I take pictures or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them; just be sure not to disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Is there a lost and found office?
We recommend that you ask the staff on site if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask for assistance on site, please contact us.
Is a checkroom?
Unfortunately, this location does not have checkroom service.
Are there any age requirements?
There are no age requirements; all ages are welcome! Access with strollers is allowed. Children under the age of 5 can go free of charge, but unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that there will be exclusive seating for them, so they will have to sit with their parents.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
