THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from Flow? Let yourself be transported to an enchanting world where classical music collides with cutting-edge sounds and visuals. EONARIUM presents: FLOW, a thrilling reinvention of Smetana's iconic Moldau, newly arranged and recorded with the City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra. Projektil takes this masterpiece to new heights by layering it with pulsating electronic rhythms and visionary sound design, for an experience that is both electrifying and immersive. The first production from the Projektil Music label, FLOW is much more than just a show: it is an experience that will transport you on a journey like never before!
Where does the experience take place? It takes place at the Temple des Pâquis, Rue de Berne 49, 1201 Geneva.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors? The exhibition will be held indoors.
How long does the experience last? The visit lasts approximately 30 minutes.
Is the experience accessible to deaf people? The experience is visual, which means that deaf people can also enjoy it.
Is the experience accessible to people with reduced mobility? The experience is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
What accessibility options are available for visually impaired people? We do not have any accessibility options for visually impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights? There will be no strobe lights.
Can I buy food and drinks on site? No.
Can I take photos or videos during the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please be mindful of other guests and refrain from using flash. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Are chairs available? Can I sit down during the experience/exhibition? The experience is conducted in a seated position. Chairs and beanbags will be available for all ticket holders.
Will there be restrooms available on site? Restrooms are available on site.

ACCESS TO THE EVENT

When should I arrive? Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the start of the experience.
Can I bring a pet? Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is there a minimum age to participate in this event? There is no minimum age to participate in this event. However, we strongly recommend that you do not bring children under the age of 2 so as not to interrupt the show for others. The music is played through speakers and not through personal headphones.
Is the venue ADA compliant? The venue is ADA compliant.
Is parking available? There is no parking available specifically for event participants.
What happens if the concert cannot take place due to bad weather? The event will be indoors, so weather conditions will not affect the experience.
What items are prohibited during the experience? Flash photography, alcohol, anything that may disturb other guests.
Can wheelchairs be rented? Wheelchairs are not available for rent.

TICKETS

Can I buy tickets on site? Tickets are available for purchase on site, subject to availability.
Where can I buy tickets? On the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store or on the Fever website.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy? Tickets are generally non-refundable. The conditions for non-refundable tickets are agreed upon before purchase. Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Be sure to include your ticket number.
Do I need to print my ticket? No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever app.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. To do so, simply click on "Transfer tickets" from your Fever app. For additional assistance, please contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same email address you used to purchase the tickets. The QR code you will need to present on the day of the concert will also be included in the confirmation email.
Can I make a group reservation? If you would like to make a reservation for a group, please contact us specifying your preferred date and the size of your group.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, in the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Don't forget to log in using the same account you used to purchase the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
