What can I expect from Enlightenment?
The ENLIGHTENMENT light show transports you into the fascinating world of the four seasons. This homage to the cycle of life is accompanied by iconic pieces by Vivaldi, specially adapted for the occasion. ENLIGHTENMENT concludes with a spectacular light tableau.
Please note that Enlightenment is a sensory experience and may not be suitable for everyone.
Where will the experience take place?
The event will take place at Leeds City Museum, Millennium Square, Leeds LS2 8BH
Is the experience held indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place indoors.
How long does the experience last?
The experience will last about 30 minutes. Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the start time.
Are food and drinks available for purchase on-site?
No food and/or drinks will be allowed on-site.
Is there parking on-site?
Parking: Secure car parking is available in Woodhouse Lane, The Light, Merrion Centre and Rose Bowl car parks.Nearest Train or Subway Station(s): Queen Street/Buchanan Street
Will there be virtual reality experiences at the event?
There is no virtual reality at this event.
Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code for this event. Casual attire is fine.
Will merchandise be available for sale?
No, unfortunately, there will be no merchandise for sale.
TICKETS
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased on the Fever app, via the Fever website or at our onsite box office.
Can I buy tickets on-site?
Yes
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on the ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us for any doubts or questions. Make sure to mention your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
Printing the ticket is not necessary; it will be validated via the Fever app upon your arrival at the location.
I can’t find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket in the Fever app, under the "Tickets" section. If you haven't installed the app, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account you used to book your ticket. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the event start time you originally purchased, subject to availability at the time of exchange. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. For further information, refer to the T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking?

What time do I need to arrive at the venue?
Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the start time on your ticket
What happens if I arrive late?
We reserve the right to deny entry to latecomers, as arriving after the show begins may disrupt other guests' experience.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this event; however, service dogs are permitted if accompanied by the required documentation.
Is the event wheelchair accessible?
We are committed to ensuring that our venue is accessible and welcoming to all guests. All floors of the museum can be accessed via lift. The lift has capacity for up to two wheelchairs on any one journey.
What items are not allowed at the event? Is smoking and/or vaping allowed?
Photography with flash, alcohol, food, and drinks, and anything that may disturb other guests. We reserve the right to refuse entry to visitors if we believe they have a prohibited item with them. Smoking or vaping is not allowed.
Are tickets for caregivers/nurses available?
Caregivers can access the experience for free. For this event, simply show a document certifying the need for an assistant upon arrival at the location, and your caregiver will have free access to the event. Please note that the guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket. Here are a few of the documents we accept:
- Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility
- Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
- Evidence of being severely sight impaired
- CredAbility Access Card – + 1 category requirement
Is the experience accessible for deaf/blind individuals?
Unfortunately, this experience is not recommended for deaf and blind individuals. We are doing our best to make all our experiences more inclusive; we recommend checking out other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, this event does not use strobe light effects. However, there will be music and light projections. As this is a sensory experience, please consider if the event is suitable for all audiences.
Will there be chairs? Can I sit during the event?
There will be chairs and bean bags available for each guest. Bean bags will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Will there be toilets available on-site?
Yes, there are toilets on-site on the basement floor; you can ask our on-site staff for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them; just make sure not to disturb other guests by keeping your flash off. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Is there a lost and found area at the event?
There is no lost and found box onsite.
Is there a cloakroom at the event?
There is no cloakroom onsite.
Is there an age requirement?
There are no age requirements; everyone is welcome! Strollers are allowed. Children under 5 years old will be admitted for free, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that there will be an exclusive seating place for them, so they will need to sit with their respective parents.
Please ensure that noise is kept to a minimum so other guests are not disturbed.
Are audio guides available?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
Is there space for pushchairs and strollers?
There is limited space for pushchairs and strollers in the experience and this is operated on a first come first serve basis so guests are discouraged from bringing a pushchair / stroller.
