After a resounding success in Zurich, Marseille, London and Milan, as well as all over Germany, the immersive experience of the year is finally coming to Lyon at the heart of an exceptional historic monument: Le Palais de la Bourse.
Immerse yourself in a dazzling 30-minute visual and sound show. A journey through the elements - light, sky, water, earth and nature - representing the first seven days of the history of creation: ‘Genesis’.

The entire ceiling and all the structures of the building were previously measured, calculated and sized so that the projections would fit perfectly with the proportions of the building. Designed in a neoclassical style, the Palais de la Bourse is a true architectural gem adorned with Corinthian columns, intricate details, and an elegant façade. Throughout its history, it has witnessed numerous trade fairs, official receptions, and significant events.

What can I expect from Genesis?

Genesis is an immersive light show set in a magnificent the Palais de la Bourse in Lyon. The 30-minute show envelops visitors from the very first seconds with soothing music and enchanting animations. From then on, the audience is taken on a musical and visual journey in four parts - light, water, soil and plants - representing the first three days of the "Genesis" creation story.

Will the experience take place indoors or outdoors?

The exhibition will take place indoors.

How long does the experience last?

The visit lasts about 30 minutes.

Please arrive 20 minutes before the start of the experience.

Pets are not allowed, except for assistance animals.

Is there a minimum age to take part in this event?

There is no minimum age to take part in this event. However, we strongly recommend that you do not bring children under the age of 3 so as not to interrupt the show for the others. Music is played through loudspeakers and not through personal headphones.

What happens if the concert cannot take place because of bad weather?

The event will be indoors so weather conditions will not affect the experience.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. The conditions for non-refundable tickets are agreed prior to purchase. Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us for more information. Be sure to include your ticket number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever application.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. To do this, simply click on "Transfer tickets" in your Fever application. For further assistance, please contact us with your ticket ID.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever application (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same email address you used to buy the tickets.The QR code that you will need to present on the day of the concert will also be in the confirmation email.

Can I make a group booking?

If you would like to book for a group, please contact us specifying your preferred date of participation and the size of your group.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever application, in the Tickets section. If you haven't installed it, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Don't forget to log in using the same account you used to buy the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
