What can I expect from Flow?
Let yourself be carried away into a captivating world where classical music collides with cutting-edge sounds and visuals. EONARIUM presents: FLOW, a thrilling reinvention of Smetana's iconic Moldau, newly arranged and recorded with the City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra. Projektil takes this masterpiece to new heights by layering it with pulsating electronic beats and visionary sound design, creating an electrifying and immersive experience. As the first production under the Projektil Music label, FLOW is much more than a show—it's an experience that will take you on a journey like never before!
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at the Palais de la Bourse in Marseille, 9 La Canebière, 13001 Marseille.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
The experience will take place indoors.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts about 30 minutes.
Is the experience accessible to deaf people?
Yes, the experience is visual, which allows deaf people to enjoy it as well.
Is the experience accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the experience is accessible to visitors with reduced mobility.
What accessibility options are available for visually impaired visitors?
We do not have accessibility options for visually impaired visitors.
Will there be strobe lights?
Unfortunately, the show is not suitable for people with photosensitivity.
Can I buy food and drinks on-site?
Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverage for purchase at this event.
Can I take photos or videos during the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please be mindful of other guests and refrain from using flash. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Are chairs available? Can I sit during the experience/exhibition?
This is a seated experience, so seating will be available for every guest. However beanbags will be charged as an add on.
Will there be restrooms on-site?
Yes, restrooms will be available on-site.
ACCESS TO THE EVENT
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15–20 minutes before the start of the experience.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is there a minimum age requirement to attend?
There is no minimum age to attend. However, we strongly recommend not bringing children under 2 years old so as not to disturb other guests. Music is played through loudspeakers, not through personal headphones.
Is the venue ADA-compliant?
Yes, the venue is ADA-compliant.
Is there parking available?
There is no dedicated parking for event attendees.
What happens if the concert cannot take place due to bad weather?
The event will be indoors, so weather conditions will not affect the experience.
What items are prohibited during the experience?
Flash photography, alcohol, and anything that could disturb other guests.
Are wheelchairs available for rent?
Wheelchairs are not available for rent.
TICKETS
Can I buy tickets on-site?
Yes, tickets may be purchased on-site, subject to availability.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. The non-refundable terms are agreed to before purchase. Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Please contact us for more information and include your ticket number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever app.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account free of charge. Simply click on "Transfer tickets" in your Fever app. For further assistance, please contact us and provide your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same email address used to purchase the tickets.
The QR code required for entry will also be included in your confirmation email.
Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please contact us with your preferred date of attendance and group size.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Tickets section of the Fever app. If you haven't installed it yet, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Be sure to log in with the same account used to purchase the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
