Genesis is an immersive light show in a magnificent historic building in the center of Marseille. The 30-minute show envelops visitors from the very first seconds with soothing music and enchanting animations. From then on, the audience is taken on a musical and visual journey in four parts - light, water, soil and plants - representing the first three days of the Genesis creation story.

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Conditions for non-refundable tickets are agreed prior to purchase.  Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us for more information. Be sure to include your ticket number.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click on Transfer tickets in your Fever application. For further assistance, please contact us with your ticket ID.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever application (you can download it from the Apple Store d'Apple or Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same e-mail address you used to buy the tickets.
The QR code you'll need to present on the day of the concert will also be in the confirmation e-mail.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever application, in the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Don't forget to log in using the same account you used to buy the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
