What can I expect from the event?
The ENLIGHTENMENT light show transports you into the fascinating world of the four seasons. This homage to the cycle of life is accompanied by iconic pieces by Vivaldi, specially adapted for the occasion. ENLIGHTENMENT concludes with a spectacular light tableau. Please note that Enlightenment is a sensory experience and may not be suitable for everyone.
Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at Immigration Museum, 400 Flinders St, Melbourne Victoria 3000.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience takes place indoors.
How long does the experience last?
The experience will last about 30 minutes. Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the start time.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
No food and/or drinks will be allowed on-site.
Is there parking available?
There is no parking provided on-site. Please refer to public car parks and on-street parking where available, charges apply.
Are there public transport options to get to the venue?
Yes, the venue is very well connected by public transport. Immigration Museum is conveniently located in Melbourne's CBD on Flinders Street, just a short walk from Flinders Street Railway Station, which services multiple train lines. Several tram routes also run along Flinders Street and nearby streets, making it easy to access from across the city and surrounding suburbs.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality?
There is no virtual reality at this event.
ABOUT TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have QR code on site for same day ticket purchases. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
Printing the ticket is not necessary. You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from Google Play or Apple App Store). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the "Tickets" section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. Can I make a group / private booking?
If you wish to book for a large group, contact groups@feverup.com with your preferred date of attendance and the size of your group.
ABOUT ACCESS TO THE EVENT
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the start time on your ticket.
What happens if I arrive late?
To ensure a truly immersive experience for all patrons, we do not permit entry to the show more than 10 minutes after its scheduled start time. As this is a 30-minute experience, late entry significantly disrupts both your enjoyment and that of other guests. Please note that tickets are non-refundable.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this event; however, service dogs are permitted if accompanied by the required documentation.
Is the venue accessible?
The venue is wheelchair accessible; please arrive at the venue 30 min before start time to ensure we have sufficient time to arrange entrance accordingly. If you require assistance or have specific accessibility needs, please inform a member of our team upon arrival. We will do our best to ensure that all guests have an enjoyable and inclusive experience.
What is prohibited at the experience?
Photography with flash, alcohol, food, and drinks, and anything that may disturb or endanger other guests is not allowed. We reserve the right to refuse entry to visitors if we believe they have a prohibited item with them. Smoking or vaping is not allowed.
Are companion cards accepted?
Yes, we accept one companion or carer card per paying ticket. Carers need to show their companion card or their client's companion card + the ticket of the person they are accompanying and they will be let in by the on-site staff.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Unfortunately, this experience is not recommended for deaf and visually impaired individuals. We are doing our best to make all our experiences more inclusive; we recommend checking out other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, this event does not use strobe light effects. However, there will be music and light projections. As this is a sensory experience, please consider if the event is suitable for all audiences.
Will there be chairs? Can I sit during the event?
There will be chairs and beanbags available for each guest depending on the ticket type purchased. Chairs and beanbags will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Will toilets be available on site?
Due to the short duration of the sessions, we strongly discourage use of the venue toilets. However, in case of emergencies, a toilet is available at the venue. Please reach out to a staff member.
Is there air conditioning / heating?
Yes, the site is temperature-controlled.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them; just make sure not to disturb other guests by keeping your flash off. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Is there a Lost & Found?
There is a lost and found box at the venue. Items will be stored for a period of time - thereafter, if suitable, they will be given to a charitable organization or disposed of. Please refer to reception, during the Museum's business hours, if you lost an item.
Is a coat check available?
There is no cloakroom. Belongings to be taken to the chosen seating.
Is there an age requirement?
There are no age requirements; everyone is welcome! Strollers are allowed. Children under 5 years old will be admitted for free, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that there will be an exclusive seating place for them, so they will need to sit with their respective parents.
Please ensure that noise is kept to a minimum so other guests are not disturbed.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
