What can I expect from the event?
The Enlightenment light show transports you into the enchanting world of the four seasons. This homage to the cycle of life is accompanied by iconic pieces by Vivaldi, specially adapted for the occasion. Enlightenment concludes with a spectacular luminous tableau.

The event takes place at Casa Cardinale Ildefonso Schuster, Via Sant'Antonio, 5, 20122 - Milan.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
The event lasts approximately 30 minutes.
Are food and drinks available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, no food or drinks will be available.
Is there on-site parking?
Unfortunately, on-site parking is not available. We recommend using public transportation or other sustainable options for this experience.
Will there be additional sessions available?
We cannot guarantee additional sessions for this event. For more details and confirmed dates, please refer to the experience page.
Will there be virtual reality?
This experience does not include virtual reality.
Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code for this event. Casual attire is fine.
Will there be interaction with the artists?
The artists will captivate and engage the audience, but the experience does not include direct interaction with them. You can fully immerse yourself in their performance.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
No, unfortunately there will be no merchandise for sale.
TICKETS
Can I buy a ticket on site on the day of the event?
Tickets will not be sold on-site; they can only be purchased on the Fever app or the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Just click 'Transfer tickets' on the ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us for any questions. Be sure to mention your ticket order number.
Do I need to print out my ticket?
You do not need to print the ticket; it will be validated through the Fever app upon your arrival at the venue.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If you haven't installed the app, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account you used to book your ticket. If you still can't find your ticket, contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Exchanges for other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of the event you originally purchased and are based on availability at the time of the exchange. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, refer to the T&Cs.

Do I need to arrive at the start of the session?
Please arrive at the time indicated on your ticket; late entry is not allowed under any circumstances.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this event; however, assistance dogs are permitted.
Is the event accessible?
Yes, the event takes place in an accessible venue.
What items are not allowed during the event? Is smoking or vaping allowed?
Flash photography, alcohol, and anything that may disturb other guests are prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse entry to visitors if we believe they have prohibited items. Smoking and vaping are not allowed.
Are companion/caregiver tickets available?
Companions can access the experience for free. For this event, simply present a document certifying the need for an assistant upon arrival at the venue, and your companion can enter the event for free. Please note that the guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket.
Is the experience accessible for deaf or visually impaired individuals?
Unfortunately, this experience is not recommended for deaf or visually impaired individuals. We are working hard to make all our experiences more inclusive; we encourage you to check out other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, this event does not use strobe light effects.
Will there be seating? Can I sit during the event?
This event is seated, so there will be seats available for every guest.
Are there restrooms available on-site?
Yes, the venue has restrooms; you can ask our on-site staff for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them; just make sure not to disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Is there a lost and found office?
We recommend asking the on-site staff if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask for assistance on-site, contact us.
Is there a coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue does not have a coat check.
Are there age requirements?
There are no age requirements; everyone is welcome! Strollers are allowed. Children under 5 years old are admitted for free, but we cannot guarantee a separate seat for them, so they will need to sit with their parents.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
