Enlightenment is an immersive light show set in a stunning chapel in the heart of Montpellier. This 30-minute experience surrounds visitors from the very first moments with soothing music and enchanting animations. The audience is taken on a poetic journey through The Four Seasons, set to Vivaldi’s timeless masterpiece.

The event takes place indoors.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 30 minutes.
Is the experience accessible to deaf visitors?

Will seating be available? Can I sit during the experience?
Yes, the experience is seated. Chairs and bean bags will be available for all ticket holders.

When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15–20 minutes before the start of the experience.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
There is no minimum age requirement, but we strongly recommend not bringing children under 2 years old to avoid disruptions. The music is played through speakers, not personal headphones.

There is no dedicated parking for event attendees.
What happens if bad weather prevents the event from taking place?
The event is held indoors, so weather conditions will not affect the experience.

Tickets are generally non-refundable. The non-refundable policy is agreed upon before purchase. However, subject to availability, you may change the date and/or time of your booking up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please contact us for further details and include your ticket number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless ticket will be validated directly in the Fever app.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another Fever account free of charge. Simply click on "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever app. For further assistance, please contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
Your ticket can be found in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. Make sure to log in using the same email address you used for the purchase. The QR code needed for entry will also be in your confirmation email.
Can I make a group reservation?
Yes! If you’d like to book for a group, please contact us with your preferred date and group size.
I can’t find my ticket. What should I do?
Your ticket and QR code can be found in the Fever app under the "Tickets" section. If you haven't installed the app, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Make sure you log in with the same account used to purchase the tickets. If you still can’t find your ticket, please contact us.
