What can I expect from the event?
Genesis is an immersive light show in a beautiful church. The 30-minute performance captivates visitors from the very first seconds with soft music and enchanting animations. Throughout the show, the audience is taken on a musical and visual journey in seven parts representing the days of the creation story: "Genesis":
- Light
- Water and air
- Land and flora
- Celestial bodies
- Animals of the water and air
- Land animals and human beings
- Day of rest
Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at Basílica Imaculada Conceição - Praia de Botafogo, 266 - S 1 - Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro - RJ, 22250-040.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors in a non-air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
30 minutes.
Will food and beverages be available for purchase on site?
Unfortunately, food and beverages will not be available for sale at this event. However, you can find venues with good options nearby.
Is parking available?
There is no parking available at the event venue, but there are some options near the church.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that there will be extra dates. Please check the experience page for updated information on availability, as these are the confirmed dates and times.
Is there a dress code?
There is no specific dress code, but please keep in mind that you will be inside a church.
Is Genesis suitable for all ages?
Yes, Genesis is an event for the whole family! Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Visitors aged 16 and over may attend unaccompanied. Children aged 5 and under have free admission, but please note that if the session is full, the child will need to sit on their guardian's lap.
Will merchandise be available for sale at the event?
We will have merchandise available for sale at our official on-site store.
ABOUT TICKETS
Can I buy tickets at the door?
There will be a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we recommend purchasing your tickets in advance to guarantee your spot. You can purchase them through the Fever app or on the Fever website.
What is the price and what types of tickets are available?
Tickets start at R$29 and there are different categories available:
- Full-price ticket
- Half-price ticket
- Social ticket (anyone can purchase it, and the donation is already included in the ticket price)
- Group ticket (minimum 6 people)
Who is eligible for half-price tickets?
- Students
- Seniors
- People with disabilities (PWD) and their companion
- Low-income youth
- Public school teachers (state and municipal – early childhood education, elementary school, and high school)
- Retirees
All beneficiaries must present proof of eligibility. Otherwise, they will not be entitled to the discount and will need to pay the full ticket price. Please check the half-price ticket rules here.
Is there a discount for military personnel?
No, we do not offer a discount for military personnel.
Can I make a group booking? Are there discounts for groups?
Groups of up to 14 people can purchase tickets online. If you would like to make a reservation for a larger group, please register here. If it is an educational group, please register here.
Can I pay in cash?
Tickets can only be purchased by card or PIX.
What happens if I lose my ticket?
Tickets can be found in the Fever app under the "Tickets" tab, or in your purchase confirmation email. If you need further assistance, please contact us here.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge. Just click on "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need more help, please contact us here and provide your order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in using the same login method you used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app under the Tickets section. If you do not have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account you used when purchasing the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Is it possible to request a refund?
The experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. To request a change, please contact us here and provide your ticket ID. One of our agents will reply with the necessary instructions.
Refund requests are only accepted within 7 days of purchase and must be made before the start of the session.
Do you offer press credentials?

ABOUT ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the beginning of my scheduled session?
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket. Entry after the session has started may be denied to avoid delays to the event. If you arrive late, you may be allowed to enter the next session, subject to availability.
Can I bring animals? Are guide dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the event venue. However, guide dogs are welcome.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the event takes place in an accessible venue.
What items are prohibited at the experience?
The following items are not allowed:
Outside food or drinks (including alcohol)
Drugs or illegal substances
Weapons of any kind (including pepper spray, knives, sharp objects, batons, lasers, etc.)
Unauthorized flyers or leaflets
Flammable items, lighters, and matches
Pets (except guide dogs)
The use of flash photography and any item that may disturb other
visitors is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse entry to
visitors carrying prohibited items.
Do you offer tickets for companions of people with disabilities?
Yes, visitors who require assistance during the experience are entitled to one free ticket for a companion. To request it, please contact us here. After the request, we will provide a voucher to purchase the free ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). The visitor's regular ticket must be presented together with the companion's ticket at the entrance.
Is the experience accessible for deaf or visually impaired people?
The experience is mostly visual, so deaf visitors will be able to enjoy it without any issues. However, we do not recommend the event for visually impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights?
There will be no strobe lights. However, the show contains bright and flashing lights that may cause discomfort or seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy.
Will there be chairs available? Can I sit during the experience?
Yes, this is a seated experience. All visitors will have a place to sit.
Will there be restrooms on site?
Yes, the venue has restrooms, including accessible options. If you have any questions, please ask the on-site staff.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes! Photos and videos are allowed, as long as you do not disturb other visitors. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Is there a Lost and Found?
We recommend asking the on-site staff if you have lost any belongings.
Is there a cloakroom available?
Unfortunately, the venue does not have a cloakroom.
Is there an age restriction?
No. Families and children are always welcome. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 5 and under have free admission, but if the session is full, they must sit on their guardian's lap.
Will there be an audio guide?
No, this experience does not include an audio guide.
Is the event suitable for pregnant women?
Yes, the experience does not require physical effort or include any intense elements. However, the seating is a wooden bench and the duration is 30 minutes. We recommend speaking with the staff upon arrival for any specific needs.
Can I bring a stroller?
Strollers are not allowed inside the experience, but there is an area available to leave them unattended. Babies may be carried in arms, in slings, or in baby carriers.
