What can I expect from the event?
Genesis is an immersive light show in a beautiful church. The 30-minute show captivates the visitor from the very first seconds with soothing music and enchanting animations. Throughout the show, the audience is taken on a musical and visual journey in seven parts that represent the days of the story of creation: "Genesis":
- Light
- Water and air
- Land and flora
- Celestial bodies
- Animals of water and air
- Land animals and humans
- Day of rest
Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at "Paróquia São Luís Gonzaga" - Av. Paulista, 2378 - Cerqueira César, São Paulo - SP, 01310-300
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in a venue without air conditioning.

What are the opening hours?
- Mondays to Wednesdays - closed
- Thursdays and Fridays - sessions at 18h, 19h, 20h and 21h
- Saturdays - sessions at 18h30, 19h30, 20h30 and 21h30
- Sundays - session at 20h30
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverage for purchase at this event. But you can easily find options in the surroundings.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is an Estapar parking lot next to the venue that is open until 22h30.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is Genesis suitable for all ages?
Yes, Genesis is family-friendly! Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Guests aged 16 and older may attend unaccompanied. Toddlers up to 5 years old have free entry, but have in mind that if the experience is full, the kid needs to be seated on your lap.
ABOUT TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
What is the price and what types of tickets are available?
We have tickets from R$ 30 reais and different ticket types:
- Full price ticket
- Half-price ticket
- Social Entrance ticket (can be bought from anyone and the donation is included in the ticket price)
- Group tickets (min 6 people)
Who is eligible to purchase half-price tickets?
- Students
- Seniors
- People with disabilities (PWD) and their companion
- Low-income youth
- Public school teachers (state and municipal levels – preschool, elementary, and high school)
- Retired people
All the individuals mentioned above must present proof of their eligibility. Otherwise, they will not be entitled to the half-price ticket and will be required to pay the full ticket price. Check the half-price regulation here.
Is there a military discount?
No, we do not offer a military discount.
Can I make a group booking? Do you offer group discounts?
Groups of up to 14 people can book online. If you would like to book for a larger group, please register here. And if your request is about an educational group booking, then please register here.
Can I pay with cash?
Tickets can only be purchased through card or PIX.
What if I lose my ticket?
Tickets can be found in the Fever app under "Tickets" or in your confirmation email. Contact us for additional assistance.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No need for a paper printed ticket. You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.
Refunds requests are only permitted up to 7 days after the purchase and if requested before the beginning of the session.

ABOUT ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at least 15 min before the time stated on your ticket. Entrance after the session time may be denied to ensure the event does not delay. If you are late, we may allow you to enter the next session if there is availability.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Flash photography, alcohol, and anything which may disturb the other patrons. We reserve the right to refuse visitors entry to the venue if we deem them to be in possession of a prohibited item.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here.
Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability).
Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
The hearing impaired will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights?
There will not be strobe lights. The show contains bright, flashing lights that may cause discomfort and/or seizures for those with photosensitive epilepsy.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a seated experience, so seating will be available for every guest.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms (including ADA accessibility) - please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings.
Is coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
No, families and children are always welcome. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Toddlers up to 5 years old have free entry, but have in mind that if the experience is full, the kid needs to be seated on your lap.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
Is the show suitable for pregnant people?
The experience does not feature tension or highly physical movements, but you will be sitting on a wooden bench for 30min. We suggest you speak to the manager on arrival to discuss any specific requirements so that they can assist.
Can I bring a stroller?
Strollers are not allowed inside, but an unattended area is available for them. We suggest you carry your baby in the arms, baby carriers or slings.
Is there a dress code?
No specific dress code, but remember you will be inside a church.
