The Jesuitas Church in Valencia, located on the Gran Vía Fernando el Católico, is a neo-Byzantine style temple with neo-Romanesque details. It was consecrated in 1887 and has been renovated several times. Its main façade stands out for its decorative elements, such as mosaics, columns and turrets crowned by domes. The interior has three naves and a vault decorated with golden stars. Located next to the Botanical Gardens, it is a place of cultural and architectural interest, part of a protected environment in Valencia.

THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from the event? Genesis is an immersive light show in a beautiful church. The 30-minute show captivates the visitor from the very first seconds with soothing music and enchanting animations. Throughout the show, the audience is taken on a musical and visual journey in seven parts – light, water and air, land and flora, celestial bodies, animals of water and air, land animals and humans, and day of rest – that represent the days of the story of creation.
Where is the experience located? The event will take place at 'Església de Jesuïtes' - C/ Padre Pedro Arrupe s/n, Complejo Centro Arrupe Jesuitas Valencia, 46008 València, Valencia.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held indoors in a venue without air conditioning.
How long does the experience last? For you to have an estimate, people usually spend about 30 minutes at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on-site for purchase? Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverage for purchase at this event.
Is there parking available? Unfortunately, there won't be parking at this venue, so we recommend you don't arrive by car.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability.
Can I enter the venue with food and drink? No, it is forbidden to bring food and drink into the venue.

ACCESS

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 5 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this event, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Flash photography, alcohol, and anything which may disturb other patrons. We reserve the right to refuse visitors entry if we deem them to be in possession of a prohibited item.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? The hearing impaired will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights? There will not be strobe lights. The show contains bright, flashing lights that may cause discomfort and/or seizures for those with photosensitive epilepsy.
Will restrooms be available on site? This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found? We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is coat check available? Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement? All ages are welcome! If you bring young children, kindly keep them quiet and seated.

Where can I get tickets? On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store, and on the Fever website.
Can I purchase tickets at the door? Tickets will not be sold on-site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking 'Transfer Tickets' on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the 'Tickets' section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed? This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances.
