Pilgrim Uniting Church

Pilgrim Uniting Church, located on Flinders Street in the heart of Adelaide, is a striking example of Revival Gothic architecture crafted from Glen Osmond stone, with roots dating back to the 1860s. The building’s elegant pointed arches, impressive stone portico and large stained‑glass windows create a sense of grandeur, while its cruciform layout and clerestoried nave allow light to filter softly into the serene interior. Rich architectural details and its historic presence make the church not only a place of worship, but also a celebrated landmark in Adelaide’s cityscape, inviting visitors to reflect on both its beauty and heritage.

ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from the event? Genesis is an immersive light show set in the magnificent Pilgrim Uniting Church in Adelaide. The 30-minute show envelops visitors from the very first seconds with soothing music and enchanting animations. From then on, the audience is taken on a musical and visual journey in four parts - light, water, soil, and plants - representing the first three days of the 'Genesis' creation story.
Where is the experience located? It takes place at Pilgrim Uniting Church, 12 Flinders St, Adelaide SA 5000.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience will take place indoors.
How long does the experience last? The visit lasts about 30 minutes.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverage for purchase at this event.
Is there parking available? Unfortunately, there will be no parking at this location. We recommend using public transport or finding a nearby parking.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Can I access the venue with food and drinks? No, it is forbidden to enter the venue with food and drinks.

Where can I get tickets?

In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store.

Can I purchase tickets at the door? Tickets will not be sold onsite. You can only purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed? This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. Can I make a group booking? If you're looking to book for a large group or arrange a private event, please contact us here.

ABOUT ACCESS

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? Please arrive 20 minutes before the start of the experience; late entry is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Flash photography, alcohol, cigarettes, vapes and anything which may disturb the other users. We reserve the right to refuse visitors entry to the venue if we deem them to be in possession of a prohibited item.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? The hearing impaired will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights? There will not be strobe lights. The show contains bright, flashing lights that may cause discomfort and/or seizures for those with photosensitive epilepsy.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a seated experience, so seating will be available for every guest.
Will restrooms be available on site? Unfortunately, this venue has no restrooms.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found? We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is coat check available? Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement? Yes, this experience can be enjoyed by people of all ages, but we ask that you be mindful of noise and respectful of others' enjoyment of the experience. Our staff will be present and happy to assist if you or someone in your group needs to leave the room for a few minutes.
