What can I expect from PROJEKTIL presents ENLIGHTENMENT? PROJEKTIL presents ENLIGHTENMENT is an immersive light show in the beautiful St. Ann's Church in Augsburg. From the very first seconds, the 30-minute show envelops visitors with enchanting music and magical animations on all walls and the ceiling.
Where will the show take place? The show takes place at St. Ann's Church, Im Annahof 2, 86150 Augsburg.
Is the show held indoors or outdoors? The show takes place indoors, inside a church.
How long does the show last? The show lasts 30 minutes.
Is the show accessible for people with hearing impairments? The show is designed visually, so people with hearing impairments can also enjoy it.
Is the show suitable for people sensitive to light? Unfortunately, the show is not suitable for people with photophobia.
Can I take photos or videos during the show? Yes, you can take photos/videos and share them on social media. If you'd like, feel free to tag the profile of the artist collective behind the show: @projektilart. Please be considerate when taking photos and turn off your flash so as not to disturb other visitors. Professional photo equipment and/or tripods are not allowed.
Will there be chairs? Can I sit during the show? There are plenty of seating options such as church pews and floor cushions, each available in limited numbers. Seating is free choice (first come, first served) — pick your favourite spot when you arrive and enjoy the show.
Are toilets available on-site? No, unfortunately the venue does not have any toilets.

ACCESS TO THE EVENT

What time do I need to arrive at the venue? We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before the start time on your ticket. As another show is usually running just before yours, you cannot enter the venue earlier.
What happens if I arrive late? If you arrive a little late, you will unfortunately miss a few minutes of the show, but you can of course still enter and enjoy the rest of the show.
Can I bring animals? Unfortunately, animals are not allowed inside the venue.
Is there a minimum age? No, the event is suitable for people of all ages. For families with small children: the first two slots of the day are marked as especially family-friendly.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible? No, due to the venue's unique architecture and heritage protection requirements, access is unfortunately not yet barrier-free. However, there is a ramp at the entrance and our team will be happy to assist you.
Do people who require a companion due to a disability receive a discount for that companion? For every paying visitor with a German "Schwerbehindertenausweis B", a free companion ticket can be obtained directly on-site. Please request it at the box office. For larger groups, please contact the organiser in advance.
Is there parking on-site? No, there is no on-site parking. We strongly recommend arriving by public transport.
Does the event still take place in bad weather? Yes, the event takes place indoors and the venue is fully covered.
What items are not allowed at the event? Cameras with flash, alcohol and open drinks, as well as anything that may disturb other guests or distract from enjoying the show.

Can I buy tickets on-site? You can buy tickets on-site during the event's opening hours, only for the next available session and as long as it is not sold out.
Where can I buy tickets?
Are tickets refundable? What is the exchange policy? Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time can be made up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. In that case, please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. For further information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Can I change my tickets to a different date/time or category? We may be able to help you rebook or exchange your tickets for another date, time or ticket category, subject to availability. Please contact us for more information and don't forget to include your ticket order number.
Where can I get official tickets for this event? Official tickets for "PROJEKTIL presents ENLIGHTENMENT, an immersive light show in Augsburg" can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not sold on any other websites or ticketing platforms.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do? You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app under the "Tickets" section. If you haven't installed the app, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Make sure to log in using the same account you used to purchase the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
