What can I expect from the event?
Genesis is an immersive light show set in a beautiful church. The 30-minute performance captivates visitors from the very first seconds with soft music and enchanting animations. Throughout the show, the audience is guided on a musical and visual journey in seven parts representing the days of the creation story: "Genesis":
- Light
- Water and air
- Earth and flora
- Celestial bodies
- Animals of the water and air
- Land animals and human beings
- Day of rest

The event will take place at Paróquia Nossa Senhora da Consolação e Correia – R. Bernardo Guimarães, 2700 – Santo Agostinho, Belo Horizonte – MG, 30140-082.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors and the venue is not air-conditioned.
How long does the experience last?
30 minutes.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase on site?
Unfortunately, no food or drinks will be sold at this event. However, you can find good options nearby.
Is parking available?
There is no parking available at the venue, but there are some nearby options.
Will there be additional sessions?

Is there a dress code?
There is no specific dress code, but keep in mind you will be inside a church.
Is Genesis suitable for all ages?
Yes, Genesis is a family-friendly event! Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Visitors aged 16 and over may attend unaccompanied. Children up to 5 years old have free entry, but if the session is full, they must sit on a guardian's lap.
Will merchandise be available?
Yes, merchandise will be sold at the official on-site shop.
ABOUT THE TICKETS
Can I buy tickets at the door?
There will be a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out upon arrival, so we recommend purchasing in advance via the Fever app or website.
What is the price and what ticket types are available?
Tickets start at R$29, with different categories available:
- Full price ticket
- Half-price ticket
- Social ticket (anyone can purchase; donation included in the price)
- Group ticket (minimum 6 people)
Who is eligible for half-price tickets?
- Students
- Seniors
- People with disabilities (PWD) and their companion
- Low-income youth
- Public school teachers (state and municipal – early childhood, elementary, and high school)
- Retirees
All beneficiaries must present valid proof. Otherwise, they will need to pay the full ticket price. Please check the half-price rules here.
Is there a military discount?
No, we do not offer military discounts.
Can I make a group booking? Are there group discounts?
Groups of up to 14 people can buy online. For larger groups, please register via the provided link. Educational groups should register via a separate link.
Can I pay in cash?
Tickets can only be purchased by card or PIX.
What happens if I lose my ticket?
Tickets can be found in the Fever app under "Tickets" or in your confirmation email. For further assistance, contact support.
Can I transfer my tickets?
Yes, you can transfer tickets for free through the Fever app.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. You can access it in the Fever app or via the QR code in your confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
Check the Fever app under "Tickets" or log in with the same account used for purchase. If needed, contact support.
Can I change the date or request a refund?
Date changes are allowed up to 48 hours in advance.
Refunds are accepted within 7 days of purchase and before the session starts.

Do I need to arrive at the start time?
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early. Late entry may be denied, or you may be allowed into the next session if available.
Can I bring animals? Are guide dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed, but guide dogs are welcome.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the venue is accessible.
What items are prohibited?
The following are not allowed:
- Outside food or drinks (including alcohol)
- Drugs or illegal substances
- Weapons of any kind
- Unauthorized flyers
- Flammable items
- Pets (except guide dogs)
Flash photography and anything that may disturb other visitors are also prohibited.
Do you offer tickets for companions of people with disabilities?

Is the experience accessible for deaf or visually impaired visitors?
The experience is mainly visual, so deaf visitors can enjoy it. However, it is not recommended for visually impaired visitors.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, but there will be bright and flashing lights that may affect photosensitive individuals.
Will there be seating?
Yes, all visitors will have a seat.
Are there restrooms on site?
Yes, including accessible facilities.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, as long as it does not disturb others. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Is there a lost and found?

Is there a cloakroom?
No, there is no cloakroom available.
Is there an age restriction?
No. Families are welcome. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Will there be an audio guide?
No, this experience does not include an audio guide.
Is the event suitable for pregnant women?
Yes. However, seating is on wooden benches and the duration is 30 minutes.
Can I bring a stroller?
Strollers are not allowed inside, but there is an unattended area to leave them. Babies can be carried in arms or slings.
