Built between the 15th and 16th centuries, the church is renowned for its elegant pointed arches, soaring vaulted ceilings and remarkable stained-glass windows that fill the interior with a unique atmosphere of light and colour. What can I expect from Genesis? Genesis is an immersive light show held in a stunning historic building in the center of Brussels. The 30-minute performance immediately envelops the audience with soothing music and enchanting visuals. From the first moments, the public is carried on a musical and visual journey that tells the story of creation — Genesis.
Where does the experience take place? The experience takes place at Notre-Dame du Sablon Church, Rue des Sablons, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgium
Is the experience held indoors or outdoors? The exhibition takes place in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last? The visit lasts approximately 30 minutes.
Is the experience accessible for deaf or hard-of-hearing visitors? The experience is visual, allowing deaf and hard-of-hearing guests to fully enjoy it as well.
Is the experience accessible for people with reduced mobility? Yes, the experience is accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Will there be restrooms on site? Unfortunately, there are no public toilets at the venue.

Event Access

When should I arrive? Please arrive 20 minutes before the start of the experience.
Can I bring an animal? Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is there a minimum age to attend this event? There is no minimum age to attend. However, we strongly recommend not bringing children under 3 years old to avoid interrupting the show for other guests. The music is played through speakers rather than individual headphones.
Is the venue ADA compliant? Yes, the venue is ADA compliant.
Is parking available? There is no dedicated parking for event attendees.
What happens if the show cannot take place due to bad weather? The event is held indoors, so weather conditions will not affect the experience.
What items are prohibited during the experience? Glass containers, weapons, drugs and any items that may disturb other guests are prohibited on the event site premises
Can I rent a wheelchair? Wheelchairs are not available for rent.

Tickets

Can I buy tickets on site? Tickets are not available for purchase on site. They can only be purchased online through the Fever app or website.
Where can I buy tickets?
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy? Tickets are generally non-refundable. The non-refund conditions are agreed upon prior to purchase. Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Please feel free to contact us for more information and include your ticket number.
Do I need to print my ticket? No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly through the Fever app.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no additional cost. Simply click "Transfer tickets" in your Fever app. For further assistance, please contact us and include your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in using the same email address used to purchase your tickets. The QR code you'll need to present on the day of the show can also be found in your confirmation email.
Can I make a group reservation? If you wish to book for a group, please contact us with your preferred date and the number of participants.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can find your ticket and QR code in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If you haven't downloaded it yet, you can find it on the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used for your purchase. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
