What exactly can I expect from PROJEKTIL presents GENESIS? PROJEKTIL presents GENESIS is an immersive light show held in the beautiful St. Francis of Assisi Parish Church, in Budapest. From the very first seconds, the 30-minute show envelops visitors with enchanting music and magical animations projected onto all the walls and the ceiling.
Where does the show take place? The show takes place in the St. Francis of Assisi Parish Church, Budapest Bakáts tér, hrsz. 36910, 1092 Hungary.
Is the show indoors or outdoors? The show takes place indoors—in a church.
How long does the show last? The show lasts about 30 minutes.
Is the show accessible to people with hearing impairments? The show is visually oriented, so people with hearing impairments can enjoy it as well.
Is the show also suitable for people who are sensitive to light? No, unfortunately, the show is not suitable for people with photophobia.
Can photos or videos be taken during the show? Yes, you can take photos and videos and share them on social media. If you’d like, you’re also welcome to link to the organizing artist collective’s profile: @projektilart. Please turn off the flash so as not to disturb other visitors. Professional photography equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Are there chairs? Can I sit during the show? There are plenty of seats available. Seating is first-come, first-served. Choose your favorite spot when you arrive and enjoy the show.
Are restrooms available on site? No, unfortunately, the venue does not have restrooms.

Event Access

How early should I arrive? We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before the show’s start time listed on your ticket. Since there’s usually another performance taking place beforehand, you cannot enter the venue any earlier.
What happens if I’m late? If you arrive a little late, you’ll miss a few minutes of the show, but you’re still welcome to come in and enjoy the rest of the performance.
Can I bring pets? Unfortunately, animals are not allowed in the venue.
Is there a minimum age requirement? No, because the event is suitable for people of all ages. The first two time slots of the day are marked as especially family-friendly.
Is the venue accessible to people in wheelchairs? Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair-accessible entry to the venue. Please contact the on-site staff directly for assistance. There is also no wheelchair-accessible restroom on site.
Do people who require an attendant due to a disability receive a discount for that person? For every paying visitor with a severe disability, a free companion ticket can be obtained online prior to the event. Please get in touch with user support. For larger groups, please contact the organizer in advance.
Is there on-site parking? No, there are no parking spaces available on-site. We strongly recommend traveling by public transportation.
Will the event take place even in bad weather? Yes, because the event takes place indoors and the venue is fully covered.
What items are prohibited at the event? Cameras with flash, alcohol, and open beverages, as well as anything that might disturb other attendees or distract them from enjoying the show.

Tickets

Can I buy tickets at the venue? You can buy tickets at the venue during the event’s opening hours, but only for the next performance, provided it hasn’t sold out yet.
Where can I buy tickets? In the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store, or on the Fever website.
Are tickets refundable? What are the exchange policies? Depending on availability, changes to the date and/or time can be made up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. Please contact us, providing your ticket ID. Refunds are not available under any circumstances. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another person for free. Just click “Transfer Tickets” on the ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us for any questions, and mention your ticket order number.
Can I reschedule my tickets for a different date, time or category? We may be able to assist you with rebooking or exchanging your tickets for a different date, time, or ticket category, provided that it is not already sold out. Please contact us and include your ticket order number.
I can’t find my ticket. What should I do? You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app under the “Tickets” section. Make sure you log in with the same account you used to purchase the tickets. If you still can’t find your ticket, please contact us.
Do I need to print my ticket? No, you do not need to print your ticket. It is enough to show the QR code from your phone, in the Tickets section of the Fever app or in your purchase confirmation email.
