What can I expect from the experience?
The ENLIGHTMENT light show transports you to the fascinating world of the Four Seasons. This tribute to the cycle of life is accompanied by emblematic pieces by Vivaldi, specially adapted for the occasion. ENLIGHTMENT concludes with a spectacular light tableau.
Where will the experience be held?
The event takes place at the Palazzo della Luce at 40 Via Antonio Bertola in Turin, Italy.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
The experience will last about 30 minutes.
Are food and drinks available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, no food or drinks will be available.
Is there on-site parking?
Unfortunately, on-site parking will not be available. We suggest choosing public transportation or sustainable alternatives for this experience.
Will there be additional sessions available?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that there will be additional sessions for this event. For more details and information on confirmed dates, refer to the experience page.
Will there be virtual reality?
This experience does not include virtual reality.
Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code for this event. A casual look will be fine.
Will there be interactions with the performers?
While the artists will surely fascinate the audience, the experience does not include any direct interaction with them. Their performance can be qualified as 'immersive' though.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
No, unfortunately, there will be no merchandise for sale.
THE TICKETS
Can I purchase a ticket on-site on the day of the event?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased on the Fever app or Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Just click 'Transfer Tickets' on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions. Be sure to mention your ticket order number.
Do I have to print my tickets?
There is no need to print tickets; they will be validated via the Fever app upon your arrival at the venue.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your ticket in the Fever app, within the 'Tickets' section. If you do not have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account you used when you booked your ticket. If you cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Changing to other dates and/or times is allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of the event you originally purchased and is based on availability at the time of the change. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to the T&Cs.
Can I make a group reservation?
If you would like to book for a large group, please contact us here specifying the date of participation and the size of your group.

EVENT ACCESS
Should I arrive at the beginning of the session?
Please arrive at the time indicated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted under any circumstances.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this event; assistance dogs are allowed.
Is the event accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the event is held in an accessible venue.
What items are not allowed during the event? Is smoking or vaping allowed?
Flash photography, alcohol, and anything that might disturb other guests. We reserve the right to refuse entry to visitors if we believe they are in possession of a prohibited item. Smoking and vaping are not allowed.
Are there companion/caregiver tickets?
Companions can access the experience free of charge. For this event, simply show a document certifying the need for an attendant upon arrival at the venue and your attendant will gain free access to the event. Please note that the guest requesting assistance must have a valid ticket.
Is the experience accessible for people who are deaf/visually impaired?
Unfortunately, this experience is not recommended for deaf and visually impaired people. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences more inclusive; we encourage you to check out other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, this event does not use strobe lighting effects.
Will there be chairs? Can I sit during the event?
During this event there will be seating, so there will be seats available for each guest.
Will toilet facilities be available on site?
Yes, the venue has restrooms; you can ask our on-site staff for directions.
Can I take pictures or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them; just be sure not to disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Is there a lost and found office?
We recommend asking the staff on site if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask for on-site assistance, please contact us.
Is a cloakroom service available?
Unfortunately, this location does not have checkroom service.
Are there any age requirements?
There are no age requirements; all ages are welcome! Access with strollers is allowed. Children under the age of 5 can go free of charge, but unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that there will be exclusive seating for them, so they will have to sit with their parents.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
