What can I expect from Genesis?
Genesis is an immersive light show set in a magnificent Temple in the centre of Geneva. The 30-minute show envelops visitors from the very first seconds with soothing music and enchanting animations. From then on, the audience is taken on a musical and visual journey in four parts - light, water, soil and plants - representing the first three days of the "Genesis" creation story.
Where does the experience take place?
It takes place at the Plainpalais Temple, 31, avenue du Mail, 1205 Geneva.
Will the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
The exhibition will take place indoors.
How long does the experience last?
The visit lasts about 30 minutes.
Is there air conditioning?
There is no air conditioning.
Is the experience accessible to the deaf?
The experience is visual, so deaf people can enjoy it too.
Is the experience accessible to people with reduced mobility?
The experience is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
What are the accessibility options for the visually impaired?
We do not have any accessibility options for the visually impaired.
Will there be strobe lights?
There will be no strobe lights.
Can I buy food and drink on site?
No.
Can I take photos or videos during the experience?
Please feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please be careful not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Are chairs available? Can I sit down during the experience/exhibition?
The experience takes place in a seated position. Chairs and footstools will be available for all ticket holders.
Will there be toilets on site?
Toilets are available on site.
Access to the event
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 20 minutes before the start of the experiment.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets are not allowed, except for assistance animals.
Is there a minimum age to take part in this event?
There is no minimum age to take part in this event. However, we strongly recommend that you do not bring children under the age of 2 so as not to interrupt the show for the others. Music is played through loudspeakers and not through personal headphones.
Is the venue ADA compliant?
The venue is ADA compliant.
Is parking available?
There is no special car park available for event participants.
What happens if the concert cannot take place because of bad weather?
The event will be indoors so weather conditions will not affect the experience.
What objects are prohibited during the experience?
Flash photography, alcohol, anything that might disturb other customers.
Can wheelchairs be hired?
Wheelchairs are not available for hire.

Where can I buy tickets?
Can I buy tickets onsite?
No, you can't buy tickets onsite.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. The conditions for non-refundable tickets are agreed prior to purchase. Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please
contact us for more information. Be sure to include your ticket number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever application.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. To do this, simply click on "Transfer tickets" in your Fever application. For further assistance, please
contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever application (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same email address you used to buy the tickets.The QR code that you will need to present on the day of the concert will also be in the confirmation email.
Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please
contact us specifying your preferred date of participation and the size of your group.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever application, in the Tickets section. If you haven't installed it, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Don't forget to log in using the same account you used to buy the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
